Do Something Different

It's important for us to have an overarching mission and set of values that we can constantly come back to – a reminder of why we started John&Jane in the first place and what we're trying to achieve. We help all kinds of businesses figure out who they are and what their purpose is, so we felt it was essential that we practice what we preach. 

After nearly two years, we still regularly refer back to the results of our internal workshops and use them as a roadmap to help us make all kinds of decisions. We've spoken before about our passion to uphold our key values of being Genuine, Creative and Experimental and that has left us with a simple but effective mission to; Do Something Different.

Do Something Different runs through everything we do. We are always questioning ourselves and our processes, trying to figure out better ways of getting things done. The way this mission is often visualised is through the work that we do. We work with clients who are as passionate about what they do as we are. This way, we know there will be trust, respect and bravery, giving the collaboration the best chance of success. 

We are hired for our creativity and we take this very seriously. We know we're at our best when we get ourselves out of our comfort zone and experimenting. We're incredibly proud of the work we do and we'll always strive to give our clients something that will help them stand out in their industry. Something they will love. Something different.
